Fleet Start-up Process

Step 1 – Envisioning: Laying out expectations

Once a plan has been engineered and price agreed upon (all part of the bid process), we get started laying out your mandatories, gathering information about how your business runs and documenting every part of the operation.  We leave no question unanswered and no stone unturned. Here, we also determine benchmarks and stage gates to ensure everything runs smoothly. We even lock in contingency plans for quick, seamless troubleshooting along the way. Step 2 – Support Department Planning: Tailoring the plan

Then we call in our team of specialists: “special ops” drivers, safety coordinators, customer service reps, project managers and maintenance technicians who work tirelessly to put our systems in place, tailoring every aspect of the plan to fit your supply chain. Weekly check-ins ensure everyone is in synch and onboard, and every process is documented, trained and continuously measured to drive continuous improvement.

Step 3 – Project Rehearsal: Trial running

Once our team has your operation set up, we begin working the implementation and running routes even before the start date, working out any glitches for flawless execution from day one.
