Because maximum load capacity and maximum tonnage capacity are a shipper’s two most critical needs, we designed our super cube trailers to provide the highest productivity in the industry.
To reduce fuel consumption and emissions, our trademark orange trucks were among the first to be outfitted with no-idle heaters, aerodynamic design and high-efficiency tires. We voluntarily lowered our solo driver speeds to 60 mph, translating into a reduction of 3.75 million gallons of diesel fuel annually and the elimination of 83.25 million pounds of carbon dioxide emissions per year.
Along the way, Schneider has earned the EPA’s SmartWay Award of Excellence each year since the award’s inception.
