    SAFE LOADING PRACTICES

Should a load be refused at origin by the railroad due to improper weight distribution or inadequate blocking and bracing, the load will be reworked at that location before being allowed to depart the rail yard. If the shipper requests the load be taken back to their facility to be reworked the "bill to" will be charged for the cost associated with transporting the load. If the load is reworked at the rail yard the "bill to" will be charged for the cost associated with the rework.

Should a load shift occur while the train is in transit due to improper weight distribution or inadequate blocking and bracing, the unit will be removed from the railcar and the load will be reworked at that location. The "bill to" will be responsible for all cost associated with the rework to include set out fines imposed by the railroad.

Should a load shift be identified by the railroad at destination due to improper weight distribution or inadequate blocking and bracing, the load will be reworked at that location before being allowed to depart the rail yard. The "bill to" will be responsible for all costs associated with the rework.
