Driver of the month.
One driver selected each month by each Operating Center
Based on achievement of Key Factor targets, and pick-up and delivery service performance
Receive a certificate and a patch for your awards jacket
Outstanding Achievement Award.
Based on an outstanding achievement or action which results in better service to our customers
Receive a certificate of appreciation
Service Awards.
Based on number of years of service with the organization
Receive a list of gifts to choose from based on anniversary year
Given after 3 years, 5 years and every 5 years of service with Schneider thereafter
Safety Presidential Award.
Safe actions above and beyond the normal daily safe operation
Change that resulted in sustained improvement in our safety performance
Documented change in the direction of safety within the organization.
Customer Service Presidential Award.
Actions that resulted in the delivery of superior service to the customer
Demonstration of commitment and skill resulting in a positive impact on service and the customer
Dedication to the customer that underscored the critical importance of customer service
Customer recognized actions that conveyed Schneider spirit and importance we place on service
Continuous Improvement Presidential Award.
Process or initiatives that used the Continuous Improvement methods and tools that improved service to either an internal or external customer which resulted in measurable improvement.
Orange Heart Award.
Recognition for doing something very special and out of the ordinary to help other Schneider associates
Actions that exhibited extraordinary caring, zeal, commitment and skill resulting in help, aid or assistance to a fellow Schneider associate
Actions that are noteworthy, inspirational and underscore how critical we consider supporting and caring for fellow Schneider associates
Actions that are memorable and convey to our associates the Schneider "spirit" and the importance the entire organization places on each individual Schneider associate
Million Mile Club.
Drivers who have driven 1 million miles or more as a Schneider associate.
