Track and Trace

Schneider National's integrated satellite tracking system provides real time load visibility. Each time a polling is taken of a truck (approximately every 90 minutes or on demand by a Customer Service Representative), the last know location, along with the distance to the next stop, is immediately updated in Schneider Track and Trace. Detailed load information is available at the click of a button.

Customers can search for information on a load using any reference number provided to Schneider National, a Schneider National pro number, or a Schneider National trailer number. The data can be filtered by specific status of loads or mode of transportation by which the load is moving. STAT allows the customer to customize the results from a search, allowing only the information the customer wishes to view, and in the order he or she wants to see it.
